AOG SIMULATION ENGINEERING
Every component.
One complete experience.
Custom simulator design, fabrication, integration, and operational support. The system includes the frame, the feedback, and the person in the seat.
Discuss a simulator projectENGINEERED AS A WHOLE
A great simulator is more than a parts list.
Displays, controls, audio, haptics, computing, and networking have to agree with one another. We approach the installation as a connected system, with attention to setup, operation, serviceability, and the experience at the wheel.

- 01Custom design & fabrication
Cockpit layout, structure, ergonomics, and practical integration around the intended use.
- 02Hardware & software integration
PCs, displays, wheels, pedals, audio, haptics, networking, and configuration.
- 03Event deployment
A deployment plan that accounts for transport, setup, operators, and on-site support.
- 04Racing software & cockpit tools
Extensions designed around telemetry, explicit operator choices, and observable behavior.
The Shell — pit strategy without fighting the mouse.
A developing iRacing pit-assistance and crew-chief application. Its optional AI layer explains and advises; deterministic components own telemetry and pit state.
The pit box is always clean,
or has one explicit plan.
The design calls for clearing the box after every stop, explicit plan application, and an auditable state machine. These are design requirements; live behavior remains to be validated.
No steering, pedal, gear, or autonomous driving controls. Pit-service behavior requires live testing against the intended iRacing setup before release.
- 01Source and tests
Reproduce the reported implementation and tests from the actual source transfer.
- 02Live telemetry & native commands
Validate telemetry, command behavior, and the clean-box invariant in the intended environment.
- 03Clean install & acceptance
Complete packaging and operator acceptance before offering a download or claiming readiness.
